Isaiah Thomas had a career high 15 assists to go along with 29 points as the Boston Celtics beat the Utah Jazz 115-104 Tuesday night.

The Celts improve to 21-14, good for second place in their division and third place in the Eastern Conference. They have won eight of their last 10 games.

Thomas continues to lead the way. Add in Al Horford and Jae Crowder with 21 points each and the C's had plenty of offense against the league's best defensive team. The Jazz had been holding teams to 94.5 PPG.

The Celtics tied their season high in three-pointers with 17 (17-for-31, 55%).

Gordon Hayward had 23 to lead the Jazz.

Next up for the C's - the Philadelphia 76ers Friday night.
