The 28-year-old Sandoval has played in three world series of the SF Giants, hitting .344 in the post season. His deal could be a 5-year/ $90-100 million dollars.

The 30-year-old Ramirez was signed by the Red Sox back when he was 16. He was traded to the Marlins in the Josh Beckett/Mike Lowell deal. He spent the past three season with the Dodgers. This past season, Ramirez hit .283 with 13 HRs and 71 RBI in 128 games.

Major League sources say the deal is a 4-year/$88 million dollar contract with a 5th year vesting that could be worth another $22 million.
