The start to the Maine high school sports season began on Monday morning and so did the bumps and bruises that come with it.

After a summer away from school and the athletic fields, high school athletes are back getting ready for more competition in soccer, football, cross country, volleyball, and other sports.  While most are excited to be back on the field, there are some preparations that should be made to make sure these students start of the year as healthy as possible.
