The Bangor High School girls’ soccer team remained undefeated after scoring a 4-1 victory over rivals Hampden on Tuesday night.

The first goal for the Rams came in the first two minutes of the contest by Luci Clein.  The Junior Clein would notch two more goals in the first half to log a hat trick for Bangor.  Libby Spekhardt added a goal for the Rams to round out the scoring, while Christie Woodside scored the lone goal for the Broncos right before the end of the first half.

The Rams scored all four of their goals in the first half against the Broncos to secure the victory and push their record to 4-0 on the year.  Hampden with the loss moves down to 2-2 for the season.  Bangor will next play Lawrence at home on Friday evening.  The Broncos will look to get back on track against the 3-1 Edward Little Red Eddies to close out the week.

Bangor was also able to take the boys’ varsity match-up with a 3-0 win in a game that was played at Hampden Academy.
