Bangor Meets Messalonskee 2nd Time Around

Bangor will host Messalonskee in a KVAC late season battle at Red Barry Gym. the Rams enter the game with an 8-4 record. The Eagles are 6-6.

This will be the second meeting of the season. Last month when they played in Oakland the Rams came from behind to win 67-57.

Bangor sits in the No. 5 spot in the Heal points. Messalonskee is No. 10. Remember in Class A only the top nine teams make the tournament. The Eagles enter the game just 2 points out of that last playoff spot.

Elsewhere in high school hoops Tuesday night, Washburn's Mitch Worcester is on the cusp of 2,000 career points. He needs 19 when his Beavers play Fort Fairfield.
