After suffering their first loss of the season the Bangor high hockey team had to wait a week for their next game. The rams wasted little time showing they put the loss behind them beating Thornton Academy 12-4.After scoring 4 goals in the first period, the Rams erupted for 7 more in the second period as they improved thier record to 7-1 on the season. The states leading scorer Parker Sanderson and teammate Zach Papsadora each scored 2 goals in the winning effort.

Bangor spread the scoring out as 9 of the 12 goals were scored by different players.

Thornton Academy is the two-time defending state champions but lost 15 of their 20 players from last years team. Their record dips to 4-3 with the loss.
