Bangor Bests Messalonskee in Overtime

BANGOR, Maine -- In a tight game at Red Barry Gym, Bangor came out the winner over Messalonskee in a KVAC late season battle Tuesday night.

This was the second meeting of the season for the two teams. The lead was passed back and forth the entire night finally ending in overtime, with Bangor winning 62 -58.

As a result, Bangor improved to 9-4 and Messalonskee dropped to 6-7.

The McDonald's MVP for the game was Bangor's Alex Campbell with 23 points.

The high scorer for Messalonskee was Jordan Holmes with 19 points.
