It's week seven of the high school football season and tonight #3 Messalonskee is at #4 Hampden in a battle for position and home field for the playoffs.The Eagles are coming off an overtime win last week against previously unbeaten Brunswick and have the top running back in the conference in Corey McKenzie. He has piled up 681 yards and 5 touchdowns this season.

The Hampden offense features the second leading passer in the Pine Tree Conference with Matt Martin throwing for 1,248 yards and 16 touchdowns. Kevin Canty's Broncos suffered their second loss of the season last week falling at #1 Cony 42-0.
