The Boston College made it a weekend shutout sweep of the UMaine Black Bears, winning Sunday afternoon 2-0. Maine falls to 0-6-3.

Thatcher Demko stopped all 30 shots he saw. Maine's Rob McGovern made 32 stops before he exited the game with about four minutes left and he, along with several players were assessed 10-minute misconduct penalties.

In fact, six players got 10-minute misconduct in the fracas.

Maine's Nolan Vesey took a five-minute spearing/game misconduct penalty as the game ended.

In total, Maine received 65-minutes of penalties, BC totaled 44-minutes.

While the Black Bears fall to 0-6-3 (0-2 HE), the Eagles are 8-1 (3-0 HE).
