BC, North Dakota Get First Spots In Frozen Four

The Boston College Eagles and the North Dakota Fighting Hawks get the first two spots in college hockey's Frozen Four. The last two spots will be decided today.

BC nipped Minn-Duluth 3-2 in the Northeast Regional championship game.

North Dakota scored a 5-2 over Michigan in the final of the Midwest Regional.

Later today, former UMaine standout Jim Montgomery will try to coach his Denver Pioneers to the NCAA West Regional title and a spot in the Frozen Four.

UMass Lowell and Quinnipiac will battle for the East Regional championship.
