St. John's weekend sweep of UMaine helped the Red Storm climb in the weekly national polls. In fact, the Collegiate Baseball Poll puts St. John's #5 in the country.

The Red Storm swept the Black Bears in the three game weekend series, improving their record to 18-2.

St. John's is the only northeast team ranked in the national poll.
