UMaine men's basketball had a miserable shooting day at Dartmouth and it resulted in a 74-51 loss to the Big Green.

Coming of their first win of the season against Wagner earlier in the week, the Black Bears shot 16-for-50 (32%). For the three point line, the Bears were just 2-for-21 (9.5%).

The only player in double figure scoring was Troy Reid-Knight with 11.

While UMaine was in a shooting deep freeze, Dartmouth shot just under 50% from the floor. The Big Green also had a 10 rebound edge and forced 15 UM turnovers that resulted in 19 points.

Alex Mitola led Dartmouth with 18.

The Black Bears fall to 1-6. The Big Green now 2-4.
