The Head Coach of the New England Patriots did address the note he wrote to now President-Elect Donald Trump, but was unwilling to talk further about it when pressed by reporters on Wednesday morning.

Bill Belichick acknowledged that he did write his friend Trump, but it was not motivated by politics, but more about a friendship that had been developed years ago between the two.  The Pats coach also admitted to writing hundreds of letters over the years and said he is the furthest thing political. When pushed on follow-up questions about the race, Belichick continued to utter the team's next opponent, "Seattle".

The Pats play the Seahawks on Sunday night coming off the bye.  You can hear the game on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket starting with the pre-game at 5:30 p.m.
