Former UMaine goalie Ben Bishop stopped all 22 shots to lead his Tampa Bay Lightning to a game seven 2-0 win and into the Stanley Cup Finals.

Bishop, who played for the Black Bears from 2005-2008, has now bested Carey Price on Montreal and Henrik Lundqvist of the NY Rangers along the way to the Cup Finals.

His playoff record is now 12-8 with a 2.15 GAA and a .920 save percentage.

The Lightning await either Chicago (with backup goalie Scott Darling, another former Black Bear) or the Anaheim Ducks. Game seven of that series is tonight.
