UPDATE:with questions surrounding the health and status of Ben Bishop for tonight's game 3, the former UMaine goalie practiced today in Chicago. Not only did Bishop fully participate in practice, but he also practiced in the visiting goal and was the first goalie to leave the ice. Those are generally indications that signal the starting goalie for that night's game.

During his post-practice press conference Bishop would only say "we'll see" in response to whether he would be able to start tonight. He would also not devulge the reason for coming off the ice twice in game 2 on Saturday.

Former UMaine Black Bear Ben Bishop was removed in the third period of the Lightning's win Saturday night. The questions are why, and can he play tonight? Game 3 between Tampa Bay and Chicago is set for tonight with the Blackhawks hosting the next two games. Speculation regarding Bishop is that he was injured late in the game while others believe he was sick or removed because of poor play. One thing is for sure, Coach Jon Cooper is not letting the cat out of the bag. During his press conference on Sunday Cooper was asked if Bishop would play tonight but would not give an answer.

The series is now tied at a game apiece with the next two games in Chicago.
