Blanca Millan scored 25 points and Tanesha Sutton had a double-double but it wasn't enough for the UMaine Black Bears to beat Chattanooga in the consolation game of the Fordham Holiday Classic Tournament.

The Mocs won it 66-61 thanks to a bench that outscored Maine's bench 37-9. Chattanooga ends an eight game losing streak and gets to 5-10.

The Black Bears finish their non-conference part of their schedule with four straight losses and a record of 7-6. Keep in mind, 10 of the opponents played in postseason a year ago.

Millan's 25 point day is her 21st time in her career that she has 20+ points.

Sutton finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

Maine opens America East play on Wednesday night, hosting UNH.
