Black Bears Fall At BC 3-0 [VIDEO]

The UMaine hockey team scoring woes continue. Friday night, Boston College goalie Thatcher Demko stopped all 30 shots in a 3-0 BC win.

The Black Bears fall to 0-5-3 while the Eagles improve to 7-1.

Steve Santini scored a first period goal that turned out to be the game winner.

BC added a Colin White goal in the third period to make it 2-0 and then an empty netter for the 3-0 final score.

The teams combined for 86 penalty minutes.

Maine and BC play the second game of the series Sunday afternoon.
