UMaine hockey's win over #7 UMass Lowell didn't move the Bears in the national poll. Red Gendron's team is 27th ranked in the new US College Hockey Online poll with a 7-6-1 record.

The new #1 team is St.Cloud St out of Minnesota, now with a 11-1-2 record.

Providence is the highest ranked Hockey East team at #5.
