We're hitting the trail this weekend for five (count 'em five) snowmobile events throughout Eastern Maine. From Medway to Lincoln and Milford to Hudson (and Springfield, too,) we'll tell you about lots of places to take your sled in the next two weeks.

Part 1: First, let's head to Medway, where the Maine State Championship Race Ice Drags are going on right now at the East Branch Sno Rovers Club House! We're also going to Lincoln for the 14th Annual Sno-Cross Races today. Alan Smith is president of the Lincoln Snowhounds Club. He tells us about this weekend's event.

Part 2: Which snowmobile is the fastest? Alan Smith has seen many races, and he says it comes down to two sleds. Races start at 11 a.m. today.

Part 3: Todd Saucier of the Pine Tree Snowmobile Club in Milford tells us about the poker run on Sunday. You have to be 18+ to enter. The event starts at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast. The poker run runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Part 4: Neil Kiely from First Wind tells us about "Ride the Wind," which is happening next weekend in Springfield. The event showcases Maine's wind farms. Here's a video preview.

Part 5: The Pushaw Lake Snowmobile Club is hosting a vintage snowmobile ride  next Sunday, Feb. 16. Club president Bruce Caswell tells us what makes a sled a vintage sled.
