Are Wes Welker's days in Foxboro running out? Patriots owner Bob Kraft did not exactly say that when he spoke with reporters down in New Orleans while attending the Super Bowl but...

Kraft did say, "I'd love to have him around. He's a great guy: but like I've said all along, it takes two sides to make a transaction, and then we have to manage the lawyers and agents, that they don't mess it up."

Remember, Welker will be a free agent again this year. The Patriots tagged him as a franchise player this past season when they could not agree on a long term deal.

The team can franchise Welker again one more year, if it choses to.

Welker caught 118 passes this season.

Can you imagine the Pats without Welker?
