As the GM meetings begin in Orlando, Red Sox officials know they have the most major league ready talent in all of minor league baseball. So says Baseball America. The publication and online site took the top-20 prospects of all MLB teams and assigned point values based on their position and where the prospect stood in their level of the minors.

(SS)Xander Bogaerts, (OF)Jackie Bradley Jr, (RHP)Allen Webster, (LHP)Henry Owens and (C)Blake Swihart ranked as highest within the Sox organization.
