Brett Connolly's third period goal was not only the first against his former team, it was also the game winner in a 3-1 Boston win over Tampa Bay.

Connolly took a pass from Brad Marchand in the slot and beat former UMaine goalie Ben Bishop that broke a 1-1 tie and prove to be the winning goal. Marchand would later add an empty netter to cap the scoring.

Matt Beleskey's goal in the first period tied the game, it was his second goal of the season and came off a pass from Jimmy Hayes who got his 6th assist.

Jonas Gustavsson stopped 20 of the 21 shots he saw in goal to post his 3rd win while Bishop allowed 2 goals on the 33 shots he faced to take the loss.

The Bruins improve to 6-3-1 overall and are a perfect 5-0 on the road this season.
