The Bowdoin Polar Bears are Division 3 field hockey national champs -again. Bowdoin defeated Salisbury 1-0 in the title game played in Virginia. Junior Rachel Kennedy scored early in the second half and that turned out to be enough. The Polar Bears held Salisbury to just two shots on goal and one penalty corner.

Bowdoin finishes 18-3 and it is the schools 4th national title in the last 7 years.
