Avery Bradley returned to the Boston Garden and helped the Detroit PIstons take down the Celtics 118-108. The C's first home loss since that Milwaukee game on the second night of the season.

Bradley was traded to Detroit, in essence, to make salary cap room to sign Gordon Hayward. He has been a big part of why the Pistons have the second best record in the NBA. Bradley had 13 points, five assists and played smothering defense on Kyrie Irving.

But biggest Celtics killer was Andre Drummong - 26 points and 22 rebounds. The C's had no answer for him.

Marcus Smart was Boston's best player with 23 points, including 6-for-9 shooting threes.

Kyrie Irving scored 18 and dished nine assists but the Pistons made it tough on him all night.

So the Celtics drop to 18-4. The Pistons improve to 13-6.

They meet again in 13 days.
