There will be an expedited hearing in the NFL vs Tom Brady deflate-gate case but it won't happen until February of 2016. That means Brady will play throughout the season without a danger of suspension.

Both sides will file briefs from October through December 21st. An appeal hearing could be held as early as the week of February 1st.

Remember the league suspended Brady for four games for his role in the deflated balls case. Judge Richard Berman overturned the suspension. Now, a U.S. Court of Appeals will tackle the case.
