Not one, but two honors for the New England Patriots in the AFC weekly honors released on Wednesday.

AFC Offensive and Special Teams Player of the Week respectively for their efforts in a 41-16 victory over Denver on Sunday night.

Brady completed 25-34 passes for 266 yards and three TDs, while Lewis took back a 103-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the game as well.  The returner also added on a rushing touchdown in the contest.  It was the 30th time Brady has won the award by the league, and the third time this season.

New England will face off against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday afternoon as they looking to win in Mexico City for the first time in the regular season.
