After missing his first practice of the 2017 season on Tuesday, Tom Brady was back on the field in Foxborough on Wednesday to get ready for Week 6 of the NFL season.

Brady missed the practice on Tuesday with what is being reported as an injury to his non-throwing shoulder.  According to Mike Reiss of ESPN, Brady instead of participating in team events, went to his performance facility.

The long-time Patriots QB was back throwing at practice for New England on Wednesday and the team will announce it's first injury report for the week later in the day.  Tight end Rob Gronkowski was also back on the practice field for the second straight day after missing the past game with Tampa Bay.

New England will have their first game in the division versus the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
