Broncos Handle Rams For Second Time

The Hampden Broncos showed again Tuesday night they are tos in Class A East with a 74-48 win over Bangor. Four players scored in double digits and the Broncos ran their home winning streak to 33 and overall win streak to 30.

Hampden scored the first 12 points of the game and the outcome never seemed in doubt from that point on. Nick and Zach Gilpin combined to score 19 first quarter points, the Broncos led 24-8 after one and the rout was on.

Zach Gilpin finished with 20, Isaiah Bess 16, Nick Gilpin 12, Cam Scott 10.

For Bangor, Garrett Johnosn led with 12 - all of his points coming off third quarter three-pointers.

The Broncos roll to an 8-0 record and will host Brewer Thursday night.
