Put the Boston Bruins record at 7-1 under new coach Bruce Cassidy. The latest victory, a 4-1 must-win against lowly Arizona Tuesday night at the Garden.

The game was tied 1-1 in the 2nd period when a Colin Miller hard hit on Coyotes player Alexander Burmistrov caused a stoppage in play. Burmistrov was taken off the ice on a stretcher. Later, medical tests showed Burmistrov was ok and not seriously injured.

During that major penalty to Miller, the B's scored a shorthanded goal to grab the lead. Then, David Backes and Brad Marchand scored goals and the game appeared to be over.

Tuukka Rask made 22 saves for the B's.

Put the Bruins record at 33-24-6, good for 72 points in the standings and tied with Ottawa for 2nd place in their divsion.
