It felt like a playoff game when the Boston Bruins beat the New Jersey Devils 3-2 in overtime Friday night. It is the feeling of two teams trying to squeeze out a playoff spot.

The Bruins jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals from Daniel Paille and David Pastrnak.

The Devils came back to tie it in regulation.

Then at 2:46 of overtime, Ryan Spooner scored his first NHL goal to get the Bruins an important win. Spooner is in the lineup for the injured David Krejci.
