After losing to Ottawa every time they played them in the regular season, the Boston Bruins beat the Senators 2-1 last night in game one of the NHL playoffs.

For much of the night, it looked like the B's were in trouble again. They had zero shots on goal in the second period and trailed 1-0.

Then a Frank Vatrano goal to tie it at 1-1 and the game winner from Brad Marchand with 2:33 left.

Tuukka Rask was brilliant in goal, stopping 26 shots.

Game two is in Ottawa Saturday afternoon.
