If this is the toughest stretch on the Boston Bruins schedule then make game one a success for the B's with a 4-2 solid win over the Stanley Cup champs Chicago Blackhawks.

The B's got goals from four different players - Patrice Bergergon, Brad Marchand, Ryan Spooner and Loui Eriksson while Tuukka Rask was making 25 saves.

Former UMaine goalie Scott Darling was in goal for Chicago. He made 21 saves.

The Bruins are 36-23-6 and face top the ranked Washington Capitals next on Saturday night.

NOTE: Last night's win was the 387th regular season win for coach Claude Julien behind the Bruins bench. That ties him with Art Ross for the franchise lead.
