Bucksport’s Joe Kennedy Auditions For Red Sox

It's not everyday that a person from Maine or any other state has a tryout for the Boston Red Sox, however Bucksport's Joe Kennedy is the exception. Joe was recently at Fenway Park to audition for the public address announcers job that the Sox are currently trying to fill. The process included a brief interview followed by reading a Red Sox prepared script over the PA system at Fenway.

Joe is no stranger to the microphone having served as the PA announcer for UMaine hockey, high school sporting events, womens olympic hockey in Salt Lake and the Late Show with Danny Cashman.

On Friday's Morning Pitch Joe will will join us to talk about the experience and his expectations.
