Arike Ogunbowale did it again. After hitting a last second shot to knock of UConn in the national semi-final, she did it again last night to beat Mississippi State 61-58 in the championship game.

She was name the Final Four's Most Outstanding Player, scoring 16 of here 18 points in the second half.

Notre Dame trailed by 15 in that second half before mounting the historic comeback.

For Mississippi State, it was the second straight year they have lost in the title game. Last year South Carolina beat them in the championship game.

For the Irish, it is their first title in 17 years.
