It's conference championship day in the NAC. The Husson Eagles take on the Castleton Spartans for the right to move on to the NCAA playoffs.

The Husson Eagles got an 8th inning grand slam and a 10th inning squeeze bunt to come from behind and beat UMaine Farmington 6-5 in the first round of the NAC Tournament.

Husson University senior J.T. Whiten and junior Ryan Rebar have been named to the North Atlantic Conference first team All-Conference team.

Three college baseball teams from Maine travel to Vermont this week to take on NAC top seed Castleton. The Spartans own a 21-3 conference record.

The last weekend of of North Atlantic Conference play begins with a sweep for the Husson Eagles, 6-1 and 5-2, over New England College.

After several games mired in a hitting slump, the Husson Eagles broke out in a big way Thursday afternoon, pounding out 27 hits in a doubleheader sweep of Thomas College.

If the Husson baseball team is going to win the North Atlantic Conference the Eagles are going to have to do it on Castleton's home turf in a couple of weeks.

Castleton is the hottest team going these days in the North Atlantic Conference. Just ask the Husson Eagles who fell to the Spartans 7-4 and 3-1.

Husson pitcher Ben Walls earned his fifth win of the spring in game one of a doubleheader vs Colby-Sawyer, 5-4. The second game was a different story for the Eagles, losing 15-0.
