The MDI Boy's Basketball Team knew that to defeat Washington Academy, they were going to have to limit Gage Feeney and Austin Seavey. They did so in the first quarter, but the two Raiders accounted for 59 points, and Washington Academy defeated MDI Friday night, January 16th by the score of 75-57

The Ellsworth Girl's basketball team made their first 2015 appearance at the Cross Insurance Center and the result was less than desired, as they fell to the John Bapst Crusaders 57-45.
