Mr & Miss Maine Basketball Semi-Finalists

Zach Gilpin and Isaiah Bess from Hampden are two of the 11 semi-finalists for the Mr. Maine Basketball Award. They are joined by Trevor Lyford of Penquis Valley, Jon Phelps from MDI and Isaiah Stone-Patterson from Oceanside HS as eastern Maine reps for the award.

Hampden Boys Stay Perfect, Will Face Oxford Hills in Friday Final
The defending Class A state champion Hampden Academy Broncos advanced to the Eastern Maine finals on Wednesday night, beating the Edward Little Red Eddies 67-49 at the Augusta Civic Center.
