There was a feeling that just wasn't right in her arm and hand, and after a gig with the family band, Sarah got that feeling checked out, and it turned into a brain cancer diagnosis.

It was during her treatment that Sarah realized other people in Maine enduring cancer treatment were spending far too much time and expense on the road.

UMass Lowell is headed to another Hockey East championship game and the opponent will be the UNH WIldcats. Goalie Connor Hellebuyck stopped 35 shots as the Riverhawks shut out Notre Dame 4-0 in the semi-final round. Casey DeSmith made 25 saves in net for the Wildcats in their 3-1 win over Providence in the second semi.
