The Boston Celtics will try to extend their season today when they face LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in game 4 of their Eastern Conference series.The Cavs have a 3-0 lead in the series thanks in large part to their dominant play in the third quarter. Boston has been able to take leads early in the game but struggle after halftime where Cleveland builds a lead that they never let go.

Celtics coach Brad Stevens indicated after Saturday's practice that he will make changes to the starting line-up. Jae Crowder is expected to be one of the new faces to start the game and could be joined by Jonas Jerebko and Tyler Zeller.
