Claude Julien Moves Ahead Of Schmidt

When the Boston Bruins beat Florida 4-1 Thursday night the win moved Claude Julien to the #2 spot on the all-time win list for B's coaches.

Julien now has 246 wins behind the Bruins bench, one mor than Mr. Bruin himself, Milt Schmidt. The B's all-time winningest coach is Art Ross with 361.

Julien has been the Bruins coach since the 2007-2008 season and led the B's to the Stanley Cup title in 20011. Before coming to Boston, Julien coached in Montreal and New Jersey.

By the way, the all-time winningest coach in the NHL is Scotty Bowman with 1,244 wins.
