Commish Gives Owner Lifetime Ban [VIDEO]

NBA commissioner Adam Silver has banned LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life. He also imposed a $2.5 million dollar fine and said he will work to force Sterling to sell the team.

The penalties were handed down just days after Sterling was heard making racial comments on tape and the league then launched its investigation.
