Deflate-gate is back in the headlines today as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New York hears the NFL appeal in the Tom Brady case.

This time, the issue is not about under inflated footballs. It's really about whether District Judge Richard Berman applied law properly when he overturned Brady's four game suspension handed down by commissioner Roger Goodell.

The league will argue Judge Berman overstepped his powers. The NFL players union and Brady will argue there was good reason for Berman to rule the way he did.

Don't look for a quick decision by the three judge appeals board. It could be six months before we know the results.
