The Boston Celtics and Boston Celtics both came up on the short end of road games last night. The C's lost in Indiana 103-98 while the B's lost in San Jose 3-2.

The Celtics were playing for the first time without forward Jae Crowder who suffered a high ankle sprain in the last game. The C's looked a little out of sync all night. Paul George scored 25 points to lead the Pacers. Isaiah Thomas had 21 for the Celts.

At 39-28, Boston is tied with Miami for third place in the East with 15 games left in the regular season.

The C's come back home and play the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight.

In San Jose, the Bruins had the Sharks right where they wanted them, tied 2-2 in the third period.

That's when Jimmy Hayes took a penalty and San Jose cashed in on a Joonas Donskoi powerplay goal.

David Krejci and Loui Eriksson scored the B's goals.

The loss drops the B's back into second place in their division.
