The Boston Celtics tried to move up on the draft board but when they could not work out any trades they took Louisville guard Terry Rozier with their first pick(#16 overall) in the NBA draft.

And then with their next pick, #28, the C's took another guard, R.J. Hunter from Georgia State.

Rozier is considered one of the fastest players in the draft. Hunter is the sharpshooting guard who led Georgia State to that upset over Baylor in the NCAA tourney.

The Celtics also had two picks in the second round and selected forward Jordan Mickey(#33 overall pick) from LSU, then another guard, Marcus Thornton(#45 overall pick) from William&Mary.
