C’s To Honor Bill Russell With Statue[VIDEO]

Many Boston fans would say it is long overdue. Bill Russell will be honored with the unveiling of a sculpture of the 11-time champion at Boston City Hall Plaza on November 1st.

That night is opening night for the Celtics.
