The World Series is tied at a game apiece after the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Boston Red Sox 4-2 at Fenway Park.David Ortiz gave the Sox the lead in the 6th inning on a two-run homer but it was short lived. John Lackey left the game in the 7th after two men reached in favor of Craig Breslow. That's when the wheels came off for Boston as the Cards pushed across three runs thanks in part to some poor fielding by the Sox.
