DeLaite Shuts Down Hampden 10-0 [HS SCORES]

The Bangor Rams took advantage of every Hampden miscue and beat the Broncos 10-0 at Mansfield Stadium Wednesday afternoon.

The win moves Bangor to 9-0 while Hampden falls to 5-4.

Trevor DeLaite and Alex McKenny looked like they were headed for a pitcher's duel but the Rams got a couple of hits and the Broncos committed two errors in the 3rd inning allowing Bangor to score twice.

The Rams added four more runs in the 5th inning. Nick Cowperthwaite had 2-run single.

Then in the 6th, Bangor put it away, scoring four times to kick in the 10-run rule.

DeLaite got the win, going all six innings. He struck out five and walked just one.
