After dropping back-to-back games a week ago the Orono Red Riots have rebounded nicely. Tuesday winning their straight with a 46-39 victory over Hermon. The game was moved form a 7pm tip-off to 5:30 because of the expected storm but it did not seem to bother the Red Riots who led all but 20 seconds of the game in the second quarter.

The Hawks zone defense did little to slow Orono who got outside shooting form Nate Desisto who canned a couple 3-pointers and some mid-range jumpers to finish with a team high 16 points.

While Desisto handled the perimeter game, Kam Hines took care of the paint with 13 points with a couple and-1's in the fourth quarter.

The Red Riots improve to 10-2 on the season and play Mattanawcook Academy Thursday.

Hermon dropped to 6-5 and got a game high 17 points form sophomore point guard Keenan Marseille.
