Boston Celtics forward Kelly Olynyk scored 19 points to help his team beat the Indiana Pacers 100-87. Not bad considering his left eye was bruised and nearly shut with four stitches.

Olynyk took an elbow to eye during a 1-on-1 drill before the game and even coach Brad Stevens thought he would be unavailable to play.

He did and so did Evan Turner. 13 points, 12 assists and 11 rebounds for another triple-double.

Tyler Zeller scored 19 points.

With the win the Celtics sit a half game behind both Miami and Brooklyn who hold down spots #7 and #8 in the east.

There are seven games remaning.
