With all star games in the rear view mirror, Red Sox highly touted prospect Rafael Devers will begin the second half of the season back with the Double-A Portland Sea Dogs.

Devers has been activated from the 'temporary inactive list' which means he'll be in the Sea Dogs lineup tonight when they play the New Hampshire Fisher Cats.

Devers hit .300 with 18 home runs and 56 RBI in the first half of Portland's Eastern League season. He returns tonight after playing the MLB Futures All Star Game and the EL Double-A All Star Game. Devers is 20 years old.

With Pablo Sandoval and Jhonny Peralta still with the Triple-A PawSox, the Sox will keep him in Portland...for now.
